How to Report a Player?

If you ever come across another racer who is behaving inappropriately according to our community guidelines and terms of service, this is the guide that will show you how to send a report to Player Support.

If you are not fully certain which category will fit best for the report, you can use the Player Code of Conduct as a reference: Code of Conduct

First, you must submit a request, you can do so following this article guide How to contact us and then select the option “Player behavior & code of conduct questions”

In topic choose “I want to report a player”

In the third dropdown you can select:

• Griefing
• Cheating
• Exploit
• Other

Then add the player ID that you wish to report. The ID can be from Xbox, PSN, Steam, depending on the platform you are playing in.

TIPS: In subjects you can add a small summary of the report, add a detailed Description of what happened and... Finally, in the “Attachments” section you can add a video preferably which will be held as evidence to support this report.

Remember: Every section with an asterisk must be provided before sending the report
